A growing, on-trend fast-casual brand known for its healthy, fresh, scratch-kitchen ingredients is seeking a hands-on, people-focused General Manager to lead daily operations and uphold high standards in service, quality, and culture. This role is the driving force of the restaurant, responsible for team performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

General Manager Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Service Leadership: Ensure the restaurant reflects company standards and delivers an exceptional guest experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations including financial oversight, cost control, logistics, and compliance.
• Team Hiring & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members; foster a culture of growth, communication, and accountability.
• Culture Building: Promote a values-driven, positive, and empowering work environment through feedback, recognition, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Performance Metrics: Manage key KPIs including customer experience scores, sales, team engagement, audits, and profitability.
• Professional Standards: Maintain a clean, polished appearance and ensure the team meets brand presentation expectations.

General Manager Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in food service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems.
• Active ServSafe certification.
• Ability to work 45+ hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must meet company driving requirements if operating a vehicle for business use.
