General Manager – Hospitality

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of recent full-service experience as a General Manager managing annual revenue of $5M+.
- Strong knowledge of back-of-the-house operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and product quality.
- Proven expertise in P&L management and financial analysis, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Excellent basic math skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensure guest service standards are consistently met, evaluating performance daily.
- Oversee food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, identifying growth opportunities while maintaining high operating standards.
- Hire, train, and mentor team members to foster success and ownership.
- Conduct shift meetings and supervise new menu rollouts and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing for event promotions and ensure compliance with noise regulations.
