Front-of-House Manager Benefits & Compensation:

Front-of-House Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of leadership experience in high-volume, upscale full-service restaurants
- Strong background in guest relations, service standards, and floor leadership
- Experience in nightlife-driven or late-night concepts is a plus (VIPs, celebrities, bottle service)
- Excellent communication and team-building skills with a positive, hospitality-first mindset
- Solid understanding of service execution, table management, training, and team development
- Financial literacy in labor management, comps/voids, scheduling, and service metrics
- Stable tenure required — no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
- Professional, polished, and comfortable in an upscale environment
- Must be a local Dallas candidate
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
