Our client- a 19-room boutique Bed & Breakfast in the historic seaside community in NJ, seeks a dedicated Innkeeper/Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the hotel’s reputation for warmth and personalized service.

 

This full-time role reports to the Hotel Owner and requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a charming, small-scale property.

 

Resident Innkeeper/Hotel Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Resident Innkeeper/Hotel Manager Qualifications:

 

·       2+ years of hospitality experience

·       Strong customer service skills

·       Proficiency with reservation systems and office software

·       Ability to work flexible hours

·       Basic financial literacy for budgeting

·       Experience in housekeeping and light breakfast preparation

 

Resident Innkeeper/Hotel Manager Preferred Background:

 

·       Experience in small hotel or bed-and-breakfast settings

·       Knowledge of the area's local attractions, dining, and culture

·       Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

·       Familiarity with marketing and social media management: preferred

·       Ability to inspect and ensure timely maintenance of facility

·       Strong interpersonal skills for guest and staff interactions
