General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recent restaurant or café management experience (bagel or bakery experience a plus).
• Steady work history with a proven record of leadership success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance guest service with operational and financial goals.

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience rooted in genuine hospitality.
• Lead by example with a hands-on management style.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to uphold company standards.
• Maintain operational excellence across service, cleanliness, and product quality.
