Our established client, a leading civil contractor with a proven track record of success, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple heavy civil projects. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional ready to take ownership of key infrastructure work and drive excellence in project delivery.
Project Manager Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $115,000–$125,000
- $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days
- Monthly commission and annual bonus opportunities

Project Manager Responsibilities
- Manage multiple civil construction projects concurrently
- Estimate and oversee earthwork, grading, demolition, and utility projects, including take-offs, pricing, and production scheduling
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, update schedules, and review costs with superintendents
- Manage profit and loss for assigned projects through weekly cost reviews
- Oversee all phases of project management—safety, scheduling, billings, cost reviews, change orders, and vendor coordination
- Work closely with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and long-term partnership success
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Bid2Win, and PlanSwift for project management and estimating
Project Manager Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in civil construction estimating and project management (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, site concrete, and structural concrete
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and field teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
- Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR
