Office Administrator – Wynwood, Miami
Join a new upscale Italian restaurant and lounge in the vibrant Wynwood area, offering a unique dining experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fresh concept in a dynamic environment.
Office Administrator Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary: $40,000 per year
- Standard benefits package

Office Administrator Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Italian language proficiency is a plus
- Daily tasks include managing schedules, coordinating events, supporting restaurant operations, ordering supplies, and managing reservations, including for VIP guests
- Responsible for coordinating deliveries and assisting with P&L tracking and forecasting
Office Administrator Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience supporting front-of-house and back-of-house teams
