Front Office Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of guest-facing hospitality experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Experience in a boutique or luxury hotel setting; knowledge of Forbes 5-star standards is required
• Proven ability to oversee all aspects of Front Desk, Concierge, Reservations, and Bell Services
• Strong leadership skills with a keen sense for hiring, training, and coaching high-performing teams
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred
