Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Develop, lead, train and manage the team to excellence
Ensure the location is operating to the highest level of safety protocols daily
Oversee financials, costs and drive revenue
Uphold food quality and company culture at all times
Create a positive work environment

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

3+ years of General Manager experience in casual dining or fast-casual restaurants. The ideal candidate has the ability to move into a multi-unit role quickly or already has had some experience overseeing multiple locations
Tech-savvy: must be comfortable with third-party tech platforms
Must have excellent tenure and clear career progression
Strong leadership and financial skillset; you are someone who leads from the trenches
Passion for food and the desire to move your career forward
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
