Equipment Service / Maintenance Technician

Locations: West Bend, Sheboygan, and Oshkosh, WI

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Service / Maintenance Technician to join our team and support our Car Wash locations. This full-time role involves maintaining and repairing car wash equipment while ensuring optimal performance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of car wash equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Support multiple Car Wash locations in West Bend, Sheboygan, and Oshkosh, WI.
• Travel daily between locations; occasional overnight stays required.
• Work occasional weekends as needed.
• Utilize company-provided vehicle, specialty tools, and training to perform duties.
• Relocate with available assistance if needed (candidates may reside near Oshkosh, West Bend, or Manitowoc, WI).
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in car wash equipment maintenance/repair strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and overnight stays as required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
