Sous Chef

We are seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to help oversee the daily operations and performance of our upscale restaurant kitchen. Join us in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture while delivering impeccable guest service through scratch cooking.

Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Proven scratch cooking experience in an upscale restaurant
  • Strong commitment to inclusivity and respect for all team members
  • Ability to train, manage, and coach the culinary team
  • Experience with ordering, inventory management, scheduling, and communication with senior leadership

Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in high-volume kitchen environments
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for quality ingredients and food presentation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
