Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Bonus

The Role:
We are seeking an Executive Chef who can balance creativity, consistency, and operations. You’ll design menus, lead and mentor the back-of-house team, and ensure every dish matches the playful energy and elevated quality that keeps guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day BOH operations for a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- Design menus and specials aligned with the brand identity
- Manage inventory, ordering, supplier relations, and food cost
- Hire, train, and inspire kitchen staff — lead hands-on and by example
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and consistent presentation standards
- Partner with leadership on budgets, forecasting, and kitchen systems
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years as Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in scratch-kitchen / elevated casual settings
- Experience in high-volume concepts (500+ covers/day)
- Strong leadership, training, and mentoring background
- Expertise in cost control, menu engineering, and food safety standards
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events
