Events Bakery Prep Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare items according to recipe guidelines and company specifications
• Ensure proper food storage, rotation, and organization at all times
• Monitor food levels to align with event and business needs
• Create and develop bakery items based on guest requests and special event needs
• Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards—including time and temperature tracking
• Contribute to guest satisfaction by delivering consistent quality and presentation
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team

Events Bakery Prep Cook Requirements

• 2+ years of front or back-of-house experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment preferred (but not required)
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills; ability to think quickly and stay organized
• Basic math skills for portioning and measurements
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
• Ability to maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment
