Events Bakery Prep Cook Responsibilities
- Prepare items according to recipe guidelines and company specifications
- Ensure proper food storage, rotation, and organization at all times
- Monitor food levels to align with event and business needs
- Create and develop bakery items based on guest requests and special event needs
- Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards—including time and temperature tracking
- Contribute to guest satisfaction by delivering consistent quality and presentation
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team
Events Bakery Prep Cook Requirements
- 2+ years of front or back-of-house experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment preferred (but not required)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills; ability to think quickly and stay organized
- Basic math skills for portioning and measurements
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
- Ability to maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment
