Head of Marketing — Rapidly Expanding Dessert Chain

A rapidly growing dessert brand is looking for a Director of Marketing to help us take our sweet magic nationwide. With dozens of stores (and several more on the way!), we’re growing fast — and we need a marketing mastermind to spread the love!

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the company's marketing strategy from coast to coast
  • Create buzzworthy campaigns that get dessert lovers talking (and tasting)
  • Launch new stores with a splash — think events, partnerships, and sweet surprises
  • Tell our story across digital, social, PR, and beyond
  • Build and guide a scrappy, creative, and results-driven marketing team

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience (hospitality, retail, or food brands a plus)
  • A "Player Coach", someone who can think big but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
  • A leader who knows how to build a brand and a loyal community
  • A love for food, fun, and of course… desserts!
