Financial Accountant Benefits & Compensation:

Financial Accountant Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ years of relevant experience or internships
- Solid accounting knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage priorities under pressure
- Ability to manage fixed asset records
- Handle month- and year-end close activities
- Prepare monthly reporting and meet deadlines
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
