Executive Chef – Upscale Casual Restaurant
We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our expanding upscale casual restaurant brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary leader with a passion for scratch cooking, strong financial management skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Requirements (must-have):
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, CDC, or Executive Chef in a scratch-cooking casual or upscale casual concept
- The majority of career experience must be in scratch kitchens
- Proven ability to manage food cost and labor cost to budget
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Professional references verifying leadership and management abilities
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with restaurant operations of $3M+ annual sales volume
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with FOH staff
- Passion for culinary excellence and commitment to consistent, high-quality food preparation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
