Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our team and help drive the growth of our restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who values teamwork and is eager to contribute to a supportive and educational work environment.

Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years of Kitchen Manager experience with no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
  • Experience in casual dining or polished casual restaurants is a plus
  • Proficient in P&L cost control strategies and labor cost management
  • Must be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills up and down the chain of command
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen to ensure exceptional speed of service and culinary operations
  • Direct, motivate, and lead the culinary team to achieve excellent results
  • Serve as a brand ambassador both inside and outside of the restaurant

Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in scratch cooking
  • Strong desire for continuous improvement and personal development
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment and motivate staff
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a culinary setting
