We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our fine-dining, high-volume restaurant. The ideal candidate is a creative culinary professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Executive Chef Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Develop and plan innovative menus, considering seasonality, guest expectations, and market trends
- Ensure the highest food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve food and service quality goals
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Source and manage the best seasonal products at cost-effective pricing
- Train, mentor, and inspire culinary staff to uphold excellence in execution
- 5+ years of proven culinary leadership experience in fine-dining, high-volume environments
- Professional culinary or hospitality qualifications preferred (Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, etc.)
- Ability to balance creativity with operational excellence
