Regional Operations Manager Benefits

Regional Operations Manager Qualities and Responsibilities

  • 5+ years in a multi-unit leadership position of at least 6 restaurant locations
  • Extensive fast-casual leadership experience in scratch kitchen concepts
  • Drive excellence and lead teams in multiple locations
  • A coach mentality. Must be able to lead, mentor, and develop your people
  • New restaurant opening experience
  • Desire to work hands-on with the team during service – this is not a desk job
  • Strong communication skills with zero ego
  • Bilingual is a HUGE plus! (Spanish-English)
  • Experience with high-volume to-go programs and catering
