Year-Round Executive Sous Chef – Multi Venue

Year-Round Executive Sous Chef – Multi Venue Benefits:

Year-Round Executive Sous Chef – Multi Venue Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations for two separate venues as needed
- Lead the culinary team in collaboration with ownership
- Oversee scheduling, cost control, and food quality standards
- Implement and reinforce processes, systems, and policies
- Manage procurement of ingredients and supplies within budget
Year-Round Executive Sous Chef – Multi Venue Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and train teams
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Expertise in seafood preparation, raw bar, and proper handling
- Financial acumen to control costs and work within budgets
