What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the service team to deliver flawless, attentive, and memorable guest experiences.
• Uphold exacting hospitality standards, ensuring seamless coordination between FOH and BOH.
• Develop training programs that maintain consistency in service execution and elevate team performance.
• Foster guest relationships and handle VIP service with the utmost discretion and attention to detail.
• Partner with the Ownership Team to maintain operational excellence and implement service innovations.

• Proven Fine Dining or Luxury Hospitality Experience—preferably in high-volume, scratch-kitchen environments.
• Strong Wine Knowledge
