We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Regional Fast Casual Restaurant Leader to support our General Manager team. Our company is growing, and we need someone that is able to manage performance from afar as necessary and getting the team aligned and elevated.

Regional Leader Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for staffing and leading Teams to deliver a phenomenal guest experience and grow the business.
  • Coach and develop the Team and build an internal talent pipeline
  • Deliver on all KPI's and metrics as laid out in Annual Business Plan
  • Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.

Regional Leader Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in a multi-unit leadership capacity
  • Prior experience overseeing 10 or more locations in two or more distinct markets
  • Ability to travel extensively including overnight stays as necessary
  • Exceptional knowledge in implementing and integrating food safety and other systems.
  • Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 15-20 immediate direct reports.

Regional Leader Benefits:

  • A base salary of $120-$130K
