Commercial Construction Superintendent

📍 Northern Utah | Full-Time | Family-Focused Culture

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day on-site operations for commercial construction projects (ground-up and interiors)
  • Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Interpret and enforce project drawings, specs, codes, and safety standards
  • Serve as the main on-site point of contact for project stakeholders and trades
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce job site cleanliness and compliance
  • Develop punch lists, manage corrective work, and maintain a high-quality finish
  • Proactively manage risks and adapt to project challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Report progress, issues, and resource needs to project management and clients
  • Arrive early to set the tone for productivity, collaboration, and team morale

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience; 2+ years in a superintendent role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of site work, steel erection, wood framing, CMU, tilt-up, and commercial TIs
  • Familiar with Procore, MS Project, Office 365, and construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders)
  • OSHA 30 and Procore certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • Valid driver’s license required
