Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive Base salary of $55k-$65k
- Amazing commission opportunity, putting total compensation at $100k+
- Great benefits package including health, dental, vision

Sales Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 10-20 sales representatives
- Knowledgeable with Word, Excel, and Salesforce
- Ability to coach and support sales representatives
- Strong communication skills, with the team and leadership
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, and present to leadership
