Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive Base salary of $55k-$65k
  • Amazing commission opportunity, putting total compensation at $100k+

Sales Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 10-20 sales representatives
  • Knowledgeable with Word, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Ability to coach and support sales representatives
  • Strong communication skills, with the team and leadership
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, and present to leadership
