Event Program Manager Benefits:

Event Program Manager Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing high-touch corporate events, ideally in an agency setting
- Strong client presence and communication skills, with a knack for building trust
- Proven success leading multiple large-scale projects with precision, calm, and care
- Deep expertise in managing end-to-end event operations—including budgeting, venue planning, logistics, vendors, registration, and on-site execution
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to lead under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Team-first attitude with a commitment to excellence in every detail
- Occasional trips to Canada – possibly Europe and the Caribbean
- Experience in Technology and innovation preferred
- Must be from the following states: CA, CT, FL, GA, MA, MI, NV, NJ, NY, PA, TX, TN
- Must have agency experience
- Not in restaurant, catering, or nonprofit work backgrounds
