Restaurant General Manager Job Duties:
- Lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to perform at their best
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs to meet financial goals
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy culture
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
Restaurant General Manager Compensation Package:
- Competitive Salary: $55,000–$60,000 base

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a fast food or quick service environment
