Senior Project Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Minimum 5 years of Construction Project Management experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and subcontractors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience using construction estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of AIA contract agreements
• Excellent communication, time management, and client-facing skills

Must Haves:

• Provide end-to-end project and program management for institutional, non-profit, government, or developer clients
• Supervise and support 3–4 Project Managers assigned to regional job sites (weekly check-ins required)
• Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards
• Oversee critical construction workflows including cost estimating, schedule reviews, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Maintain project documentation and reporting standards on the company’s shared drive
• Assist with negotiating contracts and managing punch lists and warranty tracking through project close out

Senior Project Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

• Prior experience in Owner’s Representation or Agency Construction Management (CM)
• Familiarity with public/private partnerships, education, healthcare, or government projects
• Strong regional knowledge of Western and Central Pennsylvania
• Value engineering or cost control expertise
