Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely completion
- Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets; monitor financial performance and adjust as needed
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team focused on collaboration and accountability
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure all work meets or exceeds client expectations and adheres to industry standards
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and partners to support ongoing success
- Scope of Experience: Hands-on experience in residential or commercial restoration, renovation, or new construction projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
