A busy litigation practice is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support its growing team. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive, with a strong focus on client service and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and docketing
- Prepare, edit, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and discovery materials
- Handle state and federal court filings, including e-filing
- Conduct research and review online court dockets
- Support multiple attorneys and projects simultaneously
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of litigation support experience
- Knowledge of civil litigation procedures
- Skilled in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Paralegal training or certification is a plus
