We’re seeking an experienced Site Superintendent or Foreman to lead field crews on residential, commercial, and municipal excavation and site development projects. This is a stable, local opportunity with a company known for quality work and long-term employee retention.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Supervise and motivate field crews (3–10 members) on excavation and utility installation jobs
- Manage site prep, road construction, stormwater systems, and underground infrastructure
- Read and interpret blueprints and site plans
- Utilize GPS tools and software (Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office) for accurate field execution
- 5+ years’ experience in excavation, roadwork, and underground utilities
- Hands-on knowledge of fresh water, sewer, and stormwater systems
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
