About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Sous Chef with a passion for refined cuisine and the ability to lead a high-performing kitchen team. This is a full-time, salaried position at a chef-driven concept where quality and creativity are at the forefront. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure exceptional food execution, a strong kitchen culture, and operational excellence. Must have fine-dining experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on all aspects of kitchen management
  • Support and guide kitchen staff while maintaining a positive and professional environment
  • Oversee preparation and service, ensuring food meets the highest standards
  • Be hands-on with artisanal techniques including fresh pasta, dough, and bread-making
  • Manage food production, inventory, and kitchen scheduling
  • Encourage accountability and growth within the team through active, respectful leadership
  • Maintain a strong grasp on food safety and sanitation procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a salaried Sous Chef in a polished, fast-paced setting
  • Background in upscale or fine dining kitchens, ideally with chef-driven menus
  • Practical knowledge of working with scratch-made elements like pasta and bread
  • A proven leader who’s confident asking the hard questions and coaching staff toward success
  • Consistent employment history with a commitment to growth and development
  • Ability to manage pressure with professionalism and composure

What You’ll Receive:

  • Competitive salary between $65K and $70K
  • Annual bonus potential up to $8K, with opportunity to increase after one year
