We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Chef de Cuisine to lead one of our full-service, polished-casual dining restaurants. If you thrive in a scratch kitchen, bring leadership to the line, and are ready to take full ownership of culinary operations, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the Kitchen – Lead all culinary operations with discipline and pride
- Train & Develop – Build a high-performing team through coaching and accountability
- Drive Excellence – Ensure top-tier food quality, cleanliness, and consistency
- Control Costs – Manage food and labor budgets without sacrificing quality
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a senior kitchen leadership role
- Background in scratch-cooking, polished-casual or upscale dining
- Strong understanding of kitchen financials, food safety, and labor management
- A lead-from-the-front style—motivating, teaching, and delivering under pressure
