We are seeking a proficient and experienced Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategic planning to new heights. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate cash flow needs and updates to ownership and senior leadership
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with input from department managers
• Analyze financial results to support decisions and improve performance
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts on a timely basis
• Establish and maintain financial policies, controls, and procedures
• Oversee purchasing, payroll, inventory, cash handling, credit, and records
• Prepare and deliver all financial reporting in line with company standards and deadlines
• Monitor revenue, manage expenses, and identify opportunities to increase profitability
• Collaborate with department heads to implement cost-saving measures
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, lease, and contract requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of financial leadership experience in hospitality
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting skills
• Excellent communicator, able to explain financial matters clearly to non-financial leaders
• Comfortable working with complex financial data and systems
• CPA required
