We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our established team at our upscale fine-dining restaurant. Must have high volume experience and superior standards for exceptional guest service.
Restaurant Manager's Requirements:
- 2+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant
- Hands-on leadership style
- Detail focused, high energy, and guest satisfaction driven
- Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and wine service skills
- Skilled in leading and developing one's team
- Effective and clear communication skills
Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of the restaurant
- Mentor and develop staff through training and coaching
- Deliver feedback and hold the team accountable to all standards
- Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all health department regulations
- Ensure guests have a great experience and look forward to returning
- Resolve guests issues to ensure satisfaction
- Thrive in a high-volume location
