What You’ll Do:
- Run and optimize CNC mills/lathes
- Read and adjust CNC programs
- Own your setup, tolerances, and results
- Solve problems. Hit specs. No excuses.
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of real CNC experience
- Blueprint reading, programming skills
- Self-motivated and sharp under pressure
What You Get:
- Up to $55K + $4,000 sign-on bonus
