We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President, Senior Living to lead, optimize, and grow our senior living division. This executive-level role will oversee national operations, drive contract and supplier performance, foster strong client relationships, and mentor a high-performing team across the country.
SVP, Senior Living Salary + Benefits:
- Generous base salary (up to $175K)

SVP, Senior Living Salary, Requirements + Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level management experience in multi-site operations, preferably within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
- Proven success managing large, diverse teams and complex service contracts
- Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and process improvement skills
- Executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of workforce planning, productivity tools, and key performance metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
- Ability to travel 40–60%, including overnight stays
