A growing Fast Food and Fast Casual Restaurant Group seeks an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist in leading their team in the Kansas City, MO area! Restaurant Manager benefits that include:

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Possesses natural hospitality and an affinity for interacting with guests
- Willingness to actively participate in all functions of operating a restaurant
- Results-focused mindset with a track record of operating and financial success
- Ability to multitask all day while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Understanding and passion for the intricacies of working with food and beverage
- The desire to have fun at work!
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience with using restaurant POS and programs associated with COGS and Labor control
- Experience of cost controls, labor targets, profit margins, and other controllable line items
