We are seeking a Bar Manager to lead the beverage vision across our food and beverage operations. This is a key leadership role that blends creativity, strategy, and operational excellence across two vibrant concepts under one roof.
Beverage Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Design and manage full beverage menus across venues, including cocktails, NA drinks, wine, and beer
- Lead seasonal R&D for new offerings and specials
- Oversee bar teams across both venues, supported by dedicated Bar Leads
- Train and mentor staff in technique, hospitality, and service standards
- Manage inventory, ordering systems, and cost control
- Maintain strong vendor partnerships and negotiate product sourcing and pricing
- Ensure compliance with safety, alcohol, and health regulations
- Leverage POS and inventory tools to track KPIs and make data-informed decisions
Beverage Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong background in cocktail creation, spirits, beer, and wine
- Experience managing multi-venue or high-volume bar operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with cost controls, inventory systems, and vendor negotiations
- A passion for guest-centric hospitality and innovative drink programming
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
