Restaurant Manager – Benefits and Compensation
- $50,000 – $60,000 base salary + bonus eligibility

Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- ServSafe certified and proficient in food and alcohol safety
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage a 45+ hour work week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable collaborating across departments and managing both guest and team member experience
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Proven ability to manage sales, labor, and Prime Cost within budget
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating one-of-a-kind hospitality experiences
- Track record of mentoring and developing team members for future leadership roles
- Familiarity with executing culinary standards and working closely with back-of-house teams
- Collaborative leadership style with ownership mentality and high brand standards
- Experience upholding SOPs and leading location-level HR initiatives
