Are you passionate about leadership, healthy living, and scratch-made food? We’re a rapidly growing restaurant group focused on clean eating and high-quality guest experiences—and we’re looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead one of our full-service locations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Well-rounded experience: At least 1 year in front-of-house management and 2 years in back-of-house leadership, ideally from scratch kitchens
- Sales background: Experience managing a restaurant with $2M+ in annual sales
- Leadership style: Engaging, team-oriented, and willing to lead by example
- Strong tenure: No more than two positions over the last five years
- Culture fit: Energetic, health-conscious, and passionate about clean, fresh food
- Operational knowledge: Solid grasp of restaurant financials, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Added strengths: Bilingual candidates and those with Kitchen Manager experience are strongly encouraged to apply
