Sous Chef Requirements:
- 2-4 years as a Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Must have experience in working with fresh pasta, breads, and doughs.
- Background and familiar with chef-driven concepts
- Must have a good tenure
Sous Chef Salary / Benefits:
- Pay range is up to $65K-$70K base + yearly bonus up to $8K. Bonus could grow after a year.
