Upscale Casual Executive Chef needed for an established restaurant on Long Island.

The Ideal Executive Chef:

  • Must have executive chef level experience of at least 3 years
  • Able to handle a fairly large staff and complex operation
  • Full P&L responsibility with bonus based off of performance
  • Personable, Polished, Confident leader
  • Clean records, no DUIs
