IT Helpdesk Specialist – Growing Hotel Brand
We’re seeking a tech-savvy IT Helpdesk Specialist to support a growing hotel brand, providing hands-on technical support to Corporate and Hotel teams.
IT Helpdesk Specialist Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support users on Microsoft Office, PMS, and hotel systems
- Manage account setup, changes, and password resets
- Install and maintain hardware/software
- Document support activities
- Assist guests with tech issues (Wi-Fi, in-room systems)
- Provide basic staff training
- Collaborate with IT teams as needed
IT Helpdesk Specialist Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills (Windows/macOS)
- Excellent communication and customer service focus
- Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Experience with hotel systems (PMS, POS) a plus
