Restaurant General Manager's Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 10+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant
- 10+ million in revenue experience as a General Manager
- Hands-on leadership style
- High acumen for P&L management
- Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and wine service skills
- Ensure guests have a great experience and look forward to returning
- Mentor and develop staff through training and coaching
- Deliver feedback and hold the team accountable to all standards
- Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all health department regulations
