We’re searching for an experienced Director of Facilities to join a rapidly expanding restaurant group and play a key role in scaling our operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities – Director of Facilities:

• Take ownership of facilities operations across multiple restaurant locations
• Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs that uphold top standards in safety, sanitation, and functionality
• Manage external service providers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance solutions
• Work cross-functionally with operations and development teams to support openings, renovations, and large-scale projects
• Respond to urgent repair issues quickly and efficiently
• Develop and manage budgets related to repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Create SOPs and systems that streamline maintenance workflows and reduce downtime
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure facilities strategy supports the company’s growth

What We’re Looking For – Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in facilities or operations management, ideally with a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality group
• Proven ability to manage technicians, vendors, budgets, and projects across several sites
• Solid understanding of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and commercial kitchen equipment
• Excellent organization and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communicator who works well with cross-functional teams and executive leaders
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
• Hands-on leader with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
