Adventure & Extreme Sports Instructor – Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Available to work a full-time position. Part-time hours are not available
  • Must be able to pass a post offer employment test (assessing strength, stamina, and agility)
  • Must be willing to relocate within a designated U.S. region for training
    • Training lasts approximately 4 months
    • Generous Relocation stipend provided for both training facility and home facility

  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Strong communicator with a team-first mindset
  • Demonstrates professionalism and prioritizes safety
  • Friendly, positive attitude and high energy level
  • No prior experience required — we offer a paid, industry-leading Instructor Training Program

Adventure & Extreme Sports Instructor Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Exposure in fitness, team and individual sports, personal training, or active recreation
  • Exposure to following safety procedures, or CPR, and any First Aid Training
  • Familiarity with fast-paced, customer-interactive environments
  • Exposure to group-based or youth instruction programs
  • Exposure to hospitality or retail environments
