Our client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. In this role, you will manage team performance, ensure safety and quality, and participate directly in key tasks such as order picking, receiving, and shipping. This is a working supervisor position, requiring both leadership and physical involvement in warehouse activities.

Warehouse Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Monitor safety standards and immediately report any injuries.
  • Perform and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Oversee equipment usage, maintenance, and cleanliness within the warehouse.
  • Manage and maintain records for received goods and shipments.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure correct handling of products.

Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required; BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 2 pm to 10:30 pm
