We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Finance Manager to join the finance team at a prestigious, historic resort. This role is based at a renowned resort known for its Southern hospitality, award-winning spa, championship golf, and exceptional service. Hotel Finance Manager Benefits and Compensation:

• Competitive base salary: $95,000–$105,000, plus bonus incentive

Hotel Finance Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required

• Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel accounting experience

• Proven ability to manage and lead accounting departments: payroll, AP, AR, and month-end closing

• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across departments and with executive leadership

• Capable of acting as Director of Finance in their absence and a clear path to grow into the DOF role

Hotel Finance Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in a large-scale hotel or resort operation

• Proficiency in managing high-volume financial operations and leading accounting teams

• Track record of developing internal controls, training accounting staff, and streamlining month-end close processes
