Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a General Manager role
• Stable employment history (job hoppers will not be considered)
• Full leadership and accountability for all front- and back-of-house operations
• Labor management and team scheduling
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Proactive inventory management and problem-solving
• Strong knowledge of alcohol service operations, including bar cost control and alcohol inventory management
• Ability to foster a supportive, team-oriented culture while upholding high standards
• Financial acumen with the ability to confidently discuss and manage P&L performance with ownership
