Now Hiring: Experienced General Manager
We are seeking a strong, experienced General Manager to lead our team with integrity, passion, and accountability. Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a General Manager role
- Stable employment history (job hoppers will not be considered)
- Full leadership and accountability for all front- and back-of-house operations
- Labor management and team scheduling
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Proactive inventory management and problem-solving
- Strong knowledge of alcohol service operations, including bar cost control and alcohol inventory management
- Ability to foster a supportive, team-oriented culture while upholding high standards
- Financial acumen with the ability to confidently discuss and manage P&L performance with ownership
