Join a well-established hotel group managing a portfolio of select-service Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt hotels. We’re seeking a results-driven Regional Director of Sales to lead sales strategy, drive revenue, and support high-performing teams across 10+ properties.

Regional Director of Sales Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Lead regional sales efforts, develop strategic plans, and exceed revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive group and corporate business.
  • Analyze market trends, STR reports, and sales performance to guide strategy.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, property visits, and team coaching.
  • Minimum 5 years of hotel sales leadership, preferably with Hilton, Marriott, or Hyatt.
  • Proven success managing multi-property portfolios and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
  • Must be comfortable with frequent travel—approximately 50% of the time.
